May 2020 News Letter: May's COVID Update
With state and local officials downgrading the overall risk assessment for the transmission of COVID-19 from high to moderate, Columbus Secure Shredding is entering the next phase of its response to the virus.
Here are a few of our updated protocols:
Drop off services at our plant remain suspended until at least May 15 - please call ahead after the 15th to check our status.
We will no longer be contacting customers the day before servicing to confirm their status. Customers that have not already been placed on an “on-call” status must contact CSS to request that a servicing be skipped in order to avoid an unable to service fee.
We will continue to switch customers to an “on-call” status without penalty if we are informed that a location is closed.
We will begin contacting customers who have been placed on an “on-call” status to determine when we can restart servicing. CSS may change pickup dates to accommodate new servicing schedules.
Drivers have been provided with PPE and are encouraged to wash hands frequently.
Please check our blog at www.columbusshredding.com/blog for any updates. We thank you for your understanding during this time.
