This certification means that we are internationally recognized and certified as a leader in information destruction and are able to meet all federal regulations related to document destruction, including HIPAA and GLB. Our contacts include local, state, and federal governments, hospitals, banks, schools, law firms, non-profits, and Fortune 500 Companies, just to name a few.

 

With AAA NAID Certification, Columbus Secure Shredding has unique access to trainings, seminars, industry trends, requirements, rules, and regulations – all to ensure that we are able to provide the most up-to-date document destruction requirements for our customer’s needs.

 

AAA NAID Certification also means that Columbus must provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and receive regular and surprise inspections.

In addition, our current Director of Business Operations currently sits on NAID's Complaint Resolution Council. This board is charged with ensuring that companies with NAID certification uphold the high industry standards NAID requires.
