Client Services Manager, Secured Document Solutions

Columbus Secure Document Solutions is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to support clients in our work program. The focus of the job is to help people improve their work skills and reach their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a background in social services or experience working with individuals with disabilities, as well as customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
Degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Science or Social Services field preferred. Experience working in social services systems (federal and state), and/or non-profit preferred.
Must pass a background check, and drug screen
The position is full time, benefit eligible, working Monday-Friday days. Wage is $16.00 per hour.
Communicate and maintain relationships with families and the support staff of our client workers, including Vocational Rehabilitation counselors, Support Coordinators, etc.
Communicate clients’ progress by identifying treatment influences and/or concerns, writing and reviewing daily reports and monthly summaries, and disseminating results and issues to therapeutic team and family.
Advocate for needed services, intervene in crises, and provide personal support as needed.
Maintain documentation to ensure conformance to state and other licensing regulations.
Audit case notes to ensure reports adhere to specified guidelines.
Assist with conformance to Department of Labor regulations by mastering requirements, completing surveys and reports, and making changes in the work environment as necessary.
Ensure client payroll reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Work with a cross-functional team to design, document and implement a new program that facilitates skill development, tracks support needs, and measures work environment tolerances.
Work individually with clients to help them achieve their personal goals within this new system.
Track and document progress, and generate analytics from spreadsheets and other tools.
